Get answers to common questions about Biofeedback Therapy.
Stress interferes with your sleep and compromises your immune system. It gobbles up your body’s micronutrients, increasing your need for anti-oxidants such as vitamins C and E. Stress influences your mood and begins to make you feel lonely and isolated. It increases your cortisol level, your stress hormone, and sets up a chemical environment that disrupts your healthy functioning and actually supports the growth of mutated, i.e., cancer cells.
Ignoring stress only intensifies its negative effects. So, what do you do to alleviate stress and restore a healthy internal environment, thus reducing the likelihood of developing the conditions outlined above? Biofeedback Therapy just may be your answer.
