

A Clinical Psychologist for over 50 years, Dr. Prall has received many honors, including a Doctor of Science and a Doctor of Divinity. He is now partially retired and continues to see selected people and is available for some consultation.
He has been a Senior Fellow of the Biofeedback Certification Institute of America, a Senior Fellow of the International Society for Neuronal Regulation, and past President of the Biofeedback Society of Harris County (Houston). He is twice past President of the International Society for Accelerative Learning and Teaching.
Dr. Prall has consulted to a variety of organizations, including:
- United States Air Force Strategic Air Command
- Many Astronauts and Shuttle Crews
He was in the U.S. Army in World War II serving in the Philippine Islands and later in Japan.
He taught Anthropology, Sociology, and Research Methods at Jamestown College. At the University of Houston he taught Research Methods and, with Vicki Jones, a course in Whole-Brain Learning. In addition, he has shared his expertise at all levels of education, such as
- Medical doctors in their residency for Psychiatry
- University undergraduate and graduate students
- School teachers and counselors in the United States and Europe
- Faculty of the Head Start program

Dr. Prall has served in many directorial and consultant positions, such as
- Chief Clinical Psychologist and Assistant Director of the outpatient department of the North Dakota State Hospital
- Consultant to the Dakota Boys Ranch
- Consultant to the following state agencies: law enforcement agencies, penitentiary, pardon and parole boards and probation offices, sex offender programs; the Welfare Department Division of Children and Youth, and rehabilitation commissions
- Several churches training ministers in counseling and psychotherapy techniques
